What files can I upload?

You can upload any files containing text image. Graphic file format can be anyone from the listed below: JPEG/JPG, BMP, PNG, GIF, PDF (multipage PDF) Image resolution should be 200 DPI or higher to ensure good recognition results.

Can I submit more than one image at once?

Yes, you can upload a maximum of 10 files at once using the drag and drop uploading zone.

What is the maximum file size allowed

The maximum file size is 50 MB. If you need to process larger files, please Contact the owner.

What happens with the uploaded files?

All uploaded files are deleted after two days. As a consequence, the download link becomes inactive.

How do I view/receive result?

After the text is successfully processed, a download link is sent to the email provided by the user during the uploading process. You can either open the file for viewing or download it to your PC.

I want to recognize only 2 pages from 50-pages PDF file, is it possible?

No, it is not possible with the current version. However; I may add this feature in the future.

I have lost the processed file. Can I download it again?

Yes, you can download the file as many times as you want within the two days before the file is permanently deleted.

How long will it take to process my files?

There are many factors that play in determining how long it will take to process your files. To give an estimate, you can assume 30 seconds per image/page. If you have a PDF with 200 pages, that will be 30 * 200 seconds.

I have not received a download e-mail. Why?

This can be caused due to a couple of reasons.

Sometimes there is a problem with spam filter. Please check your spam folder as it seems to resolve most cases. This applies particularly when you have a hotmail, yahoo or gmail e-mail account.
Check if you have typed the e-mail correctly.
